摘 要:研究了冷轧压下率(65%、70%、75%、80%)对超低碳铝镇静深冲钢(0.0025%C)再结晶退火显微组织与成形性能的影响规律。结果表明:随压下率提高,再结晶晶粒尺寸减小,抗拉强度变化不大而屈服强度略有上升,塑性应变比r值升高明显;压下率增至80%时,r值最高达2.35。织构分析表明:r值的升高与织构变化规律相符,压下率80%时,退火板的{111}织构强度最大;压下率75%时,退火板的{112}<110>织构强度最高,{111}<110>与{111}<112>两种织构强度差值最小。The effects of cold rolling reduction(65%,70%,75%,80%) on the microstructure and mechanical properties of ultralow carbon aluminium killed deep drawing steel(0.0025%C) after recrystallization annealing were studied. The results indicate that, with cold rolling reduction increasing, the recrystallized grain size decreases, tensile strength changes little and yield strength increases slightly, while plastic strain ratio r value increases significantly. When cold rolling reduction increases to 80%, r value is the highest(2.35). Texture analysis shows that the increase of r value is consistent with the change of texture. The {111} texture intensity of the annealing plate is the highest during the 80% reduction. The {112}〈110〉 texture intensity of the annealing plate is the highest and the intensity difference between {111}〈110 〉and {111}〈112 〉is the minimum during the 75% reduction.
