摘 要:T91钢是在9CrlMo钢的基础上添加V、Nb、N等元素而形成的一种新型马氏体型耐热钢,具有较高的高温综合性能且用途广泛。利用有限元软件DEFORM-3D对T91钢楔横轧成形过程进行了数值模拟,揭示了T91钢轧后横、纵截面微观组织的分布规律,以及工艺参数对T91钢动态再结晶体积分数及奥氏体平均晶粒尺寸大小的影响。在H500轧机上进行了系列轧制实验,验证了模拟的可行性。结果表明,在轧制温度900℃、轧辊成形角20°~24°、展宽角5°~6°时轧制的T91钢晶粒尺寸细化较好,改善了T91钢的强度和硬度、塑性和韧性。T91 steel is a new type of martensite heat-resistant steel of adding V, Nb, N and other elements on the basis of 9CrlMo steel. It has the very high temperature comprehensive performance and wide application. The forming process of T91 steel cross wedge rolling was numerically simulated by using finite element analysis software DEFORM-3D. Distribution law of the microstructure of the cross section and longitudinal section for T91 steel after rolling was revealed, and the influences of technology parameters on dynamic recrystallization volume fraction and austenite average grain size of T91 steel were also revealed. Series of rolling experiments were carried out in H500 mill. The feasibility of the simulation was verified. The results show that during rolling temperature of 900℃, forming angle of roller of 20°-24° and broadening angle of 5°-6°, the grain size refinement of the T91 steel is finer, which improves the strength and hardness, plasticity and toughness of the T91 steel.
