摘 要:以某热连轧机的工作轧辊作为研究对象,运用ANSYS/LS-DYNA显式动力分析软件建立了轧辊、支承辊以及轧件的三维有限元模型。考虑空冷、水冷和轧辊与轧件热传导的动态边界条件,计算了轧辊的温度场。结合其温度场进行了3D热力耦合分析,得到轧辊耦合应力变化规律。在此基础上运用ANSYS软件后处理疲劳计算模块对轧辊的疲劳寿命进行了计算,得到了轧辊表面疲劳寿命为10.8 h。这与实际生产过程轧辊的磨削时间相符。Taking the working roll of a hot tandem rolling mill as the research object, the 3D finite element model of working roll, backing roll and rolled piece was established by using the explicit dynamic analysis software LS-DYNA.Considering the dynamic boundary conditions of the water cooling, air cooling and heat conduction between the roll and the rolled piece, the temperature field of the roll was calculated. Combined with the temperature field, the 3D coupled thermal-mechanical analysis was carried out. The change law of roll coupling stress was obtained. On this basis, the fatigue life of the roll was calculated by using post-treatment(fatigue calculation module) of ANSYS software.It was gotten that the roll surface fatigue life was 10.8 h. This is consistent with the actual production process of roll grinding time.
