摘  要:针对弯曲工艺参数对金属U型弯曲角度的影响程度,应用ANSYS12.0有限元分析软件建立了弯曲的有限元模型。并利用显式动力学LS-DYNA求解器,对中厚板U型弯曲过程进行了模拟,获得了不同凸模行程、凸模半径、凸凹模与工件摩擦系数及凸凹模间隙的弯曲角度。通过对板材弯曲过程的分析,揭示了成形时的塑性流动机理,分析了主要工艺因素对U型弯曲程度的影响规律。Aiming at influence of bending process parameters on metal U-type bending angle, the finite element model of bending was established by using the finite element analysis software ANSYS12.0. The U-type bending process of the medium-thick plate was simulated by using the explicit dynamic solver of LS-DYNA. The bending angles of different punch strokes, different punch radii, friction coefficient between punch-die and workpiece and the gap between punch and die were gotten. Through the analysis of sheet bending process, plastic flow mechanism in forming was revealed. Influences of the main technological factors on the U-type bending degree were analyzed.
