摘 要:选用三种活度不同的氟碱型烧结焊剂,搭配Mn-Ni-Cr-Ti-B系焊丝,对低锰管线钢进行平板焊接试验。试验结果表明,随着焊剂活度从0.24降至0.20,焊缝金属中的Mn含量由0.88%增至1.00%,Si含量由0.241%降至0.208%。低锰管线钢焊缝Mn/Si值从3.65增大至4.80时,焊缝金相组织中针状铁素体比例增大,-10℃下冲击功均值由37 J增至114 J。The butt welding experiments of pipeline steel with low content of manganese were carried out by submerged arc welding wire matching Mn-Ni-Cr-Ti-B by using three kinds of agglomrated flux with different activities. The results show that with the flux activity decreasing to from 0.24 0.20, the Mn content in the weld metal increases to from 0.88% 1.00%, and the Si content in the weld metal reduces from 0.241% to 0.208%. In the weld metal of low Mn pipeline steel, when the Mn/Si value increases from 3.65 to 4.80, the content of acicular ferrite in the microstructure of the weld metal increases, and the impact energy at -10℃ increases from 37 J to 114 J.
