摘  要:本研究拟通过饲养试验,研究日粮中不同蛋氨酸/赖氨酸比值对后备母猪生长及繁殖性能的影响。试验选用平均体重为70 kg左右的大约克夏后备母猪160头,随机分成4个处理,每个处理5个重复,每个重复8头。试验共分3个阶段,其中后备母猪阶段日粮为分别在低蛋氨酸水平的基础日粮中添加0%、0.06%、0.12%和0.18%的蛋氨酸(DLM),使得各个处理组蛋氨酸/赖氨酸比值依次为24.7%、31.5%、38.2%和44.9%;进入配种阶段以后分别饲喂各阶段相同日粮。试验期共249 d。结果表明:日粮蛋氨酸/赖氨酸比值为31.5%、38.2%和44.9%组猪的分娩后体重和怀孕期增重均显著高于(P<0.05)比值为24.7%处理组;随着日粮蛋氨酸与赖氨酸比值的增加,仔猪初生窝重和仔猪出生个体重显著增加(P<0.05)。其中,日粮蛋氨酸/赖氨酸比值为38.2%组猪的怀孕期增重、仔猪初生窝重和仔猪出生个体重均为最大。结果表明,后备母猪的生长和繁殖性能随着总蛋氨酸与赖氨酸比值的增加而提高,当比值为38.2%时,后备母猪的生长和繁殖性能表现最佳。This study was conducted to det ermine the effects of methionine/lysine ratio on growth and reproduction performance of gilts. One-hundred and sixty Yorkshire gilts with 70 kg were randomly divided into four groups (five replicates per group with eight gilts per replicate). Three phases were included in this test. In the first phase, four groups were fed the diets with methionine (DLM) levels of 0%, 0.06%, 0.12% and 0.18% DLM. The ratio of methionine/lysine was 24.7%, 31.5%, 38.2% and 44.9% respectively. In the second and third phrase, sows were fed the same gestation diets and lactation diets respectively. The test lasted for 249 days. The results showed that body weight of sows after delivery and weight gain in pregnancy phase in groups of 31.5%, 38.2% and 44.9% dietary methionine/lysine ratio were significantly higher than that in group of 24.7% dietary methionine/lysine ratio (P〈0.05). Average litter weight at birth and average live piglet weight at birth were obviously increased with the increase of dietary methionine/lysine ratio(P〈0.05). Moreover, body weight gain in pregnancy phase, average litter weight at birth, and average live piglet weight at birth in group of 38.2% dietary methionine/lysine ratio was the highest among four groups. The results indicated that the growth and reproduction performance of gilts improved with the increase of dietary methionine/lysine ratio, and the group of 38.2% dietary methionine/lysine ratio had the highest performance.
