埋植褪黑激素对放牧绒山羊干物质采食量和营养物质表观消化率的影响

摘　　要：本试验选用体重相近、1周岁放牧的内蒙古绒山羊羯羊12只,随机分为2组,一组为对照组,另一组为褪黑激素埋植组,埋植部位为颈部皮下,剂量为2 mg/kg BW。埋植后1个月,进行为期7 d的消化试验,试验羊安装集粪袋,每天08:00和17:00称量粪量后取10%用于制作混合粪样,并随放牧羊采集所食牧草混合样品,研究埋植褪黑激素对绒山羊采食量,以及干物质、粗蛋白、粗脂肪、中性洗涤纤维和酸性洗涤纤维表观消化率的影响。结果表明:埋植组绒山羊采食量与对照组间差异不显著(P>0.05),干物质、粗蛋白、粗脂肪、中性洗涤纤维和酸性洗涤纤维的表观消化率两组间也无差异(P>0.05)。因此,埋植褪黑激素对放牧绒山羊干物质采食量和营养物质表观消化率没有影响。Twelve 1-year-old grazing Inner Mongolian cashmere goats with similar weight were randomly assigned to two treatments including a control and a melatonin implanted group （melatonin was subcutaneously implanted at the base of the ear and the dose applied was 2 mg/kg BW ）. After 1 months of implantation, the digestion experiment lasted for 7 days, which was aimed to analyze the effect of melatonin implantation on food intake and apparent nutrient digestibility of dry matter, crude protein, crude fat, neutral detergent fiber and acid detergent fiber in cashmere goats. Feces samples were collected during the day （08：00） and at night （17：00） on a daily basis and get 10% off used to make the mixed feces samples. In addition, mixed grass samples were collected by following the grazing cashmere goats. The result shows that melatonin implantation had no impacts on food intake and the apparent nutrient digestibility of dry matter, crude protein, crude fat, neutral detergent fiber and acid detergent fiber （P〉O.05）. Therefore, it can be concluded that melatonin implanted had no influence on dry matter intake and apparent nutrient digestibility in grazing cashmere goats.
