摘　　要：油脂作为动物可高效利用的能量来源,在饲料工业和畜牧生产中被广泛使用。本文就猪对不同油脂消化率的研究进行了综述,并从猪的体重和日龄,油脂的理化特性以及乳化剂的角度探讨了影响油脂消化率的因素。Fats and oils are generally considered to be highly digestible energy sources, which are widely used in feed industry and animal production. Studies on digestibility of lipids for pigs and its influenced factors, such as the body weight and age of pigs, the physical and chemical properties of oils and fats and the emulsifier, are reviewed.
