摘　　要：【目的】通过流程管理与知识管理的结合来提升编校排版流程的效率和质量,为期刊流程分析、优化与建立流程知识体系提供参考。【方法】以《同济大学学报(自然科学版)》为研究对象,以知识管理为手段,获得了优化的流程,并且建立了流程的知识管理体系。【结果】将获得的流程以及知识管理体系应用于本刊实践,发现大幅度减少了流程中的重复工作、能有效利用碎片化时间、更多地运用了数字化出版的便捷功能,从而提高了流程的效率;减少了流程中的修改工作量、能有效引导相关人员的注意力、减少了交流障碍,从而提高了质量。【结论】优化后的流程以及知识管理体系应依托一定的信息化平台才能更好地发挥作用。[Purposes]This paper aims to improve the efficiency and quality of the editing,proofreading and typesetting process by combining the process management and knowledge management to provide a reference for journals＇ process analysis,optimization and the establishment of the process knowledge management system. [Methods]Taking the process of Journal of Tongji University（ natural science） as an example,we obtained the optimized process and the process knowledge system by the knowledge management method. [Findings] The process knowledge system is applied to this journal＇s practice. It is found that repeated work is reduced in this process,fragmented time is used effectively,and the convenient function of digital publishing is better used,so the efficiency of the process is promoted. The modification work quantity is reduced,the related personnel＇s attention is concentrated effectively,and the communication gets easier,so the quality is promoted. [Conclusions] Further studies find that the optimized process and the knowledge management system should be based on a certain information platform so that they can play better roles.
