不同引证时间窗口影响因子对期刊排序的影响——以SSCI信息科学和图书馆学期刊为例

摘　　要：【目的】以SSCI信息科学和图书馆学期刊为例,探讨不同引证时间窗口影响因子对期刊排序的影响。【方法】以2004—2014年历年均被SSCI收录的35种信息科学与图书馆学期刊为研究对象,计算各刊2IF至10IF,结合被引高峰,得出学科最适引证时间窗口影响因子,并以此为基础对35种期刊排序,将各刊其余引证时间窗口影响因子期刊排序与之做Spearman秩相关分析。【结果】35种期刊被引高峰到来的时间平均为6.25年,故7IF为最适影响因子。相关性分析结果表明,不同引证时间窗口影响因子期刊排序间具有较高一致性,2IF与7IF的相关系数为0.987,低于5IF与7IF的相关系数0.993。【结论】对于信息科学与图书馆学期刊来说,不同引证时间窗口影响因子在期刊排序间具有较高的一致性。[Purposes] Take journals in information science and library science in SSCI database as an example to discuss the influence of impact factor with different citation time windows on journal ranking. [Methods] We selected 35 journals in information science and library science in SSCI database from 2004 to 2014 as research subjects and computed 2IF-10 IF of each journal. Combining with the citation peak,obtained the impact factor with the most appropriate citation time windowfor this discipline and rank 35 journals so as to analyzed them in terms of journal rankings of the impact factor with other citation time windows by the Spearman correlation test. [Findings] The average citation peak of 35 journals is 6. 25 years,so 7IF is the appropriate impact factor. Relevant analysis results showthere is a high consistency between journal rankings based on impact factor with different citation time windows. The correlation coefficient between 2IF and 7IF is 0. 987,which is lower than that between 5IF and 7IF（ correlation = 0. 993）. [Conclusions] For journals in information science and library science,there is a high consistency between journal rankings based on impact factor with different citation time windows.
