摘　　要：中外合作办学项目作为中外合作办学的主要形式,数量大、涉及面广、情况复杂,质量建设难度高、任务重、意义重大。中外合作办学项目的质量发展需要拓宽与"一带一路"沿线国家(地区)的合作;促进西部地区抓住机遇,加快发展速度;引导中外合作办学"走出去"发展方向,服务于国家重大战略的实施。同时应对引进优质教育资源进行分类指导;控制"连锁店"的办学形式,走内涵式发展道路。China-foreign cooperation in running school projects is the main component of China-foreign cooperation in running schools. It has large quantity and involves wide areas and complicated situation with highly difficult quality construction,hard task and great significance. The development of the quality construction on China-foreign cooperation in running school projects should expand the cooperation with the countries and regions which lie on the line of＂One Belt and One Road＂. The western district should grasp the opportunity to enhance the development of running projects. Besides,guiding the projects from＂bringing＂to＂going out＂serves as the development trend for the purpose of carrying out the national strategy. At the same time the governor should introduce good education resources with classified guidance,limit the way of the chain projects and develop the running schools towards the way of connotation development.
