摘　　要：高等教育师资素养是国际化背景下我国高等教育的关键,其主要体现在教师的思想性能力、创新性能力及执行性能力。国际化背景下的高等教育师资素养之重,要基于国情夯实高等教育师资素养之策。文章着重探讨了高等教育师资素养的体现,阐述了夯实的重要性,并提出了相关策略,为我国在国际化大背景下高等教育的进步打开了新的发展思路。With the rapid development of global economy,internationalization brings high requirements to the whole Chinese higher education system. The lecturers＇ quality plays a key role in the Chinese higher education especially under the background of global internationalization. The lecturers＇ quality is mainly reflected in the ideological ability,innovative ability as well as executive ability.This paper focuses on the embodiment of the lecturers ＇quality in Chinese higher education system,expounds the importance of strengthening foundation,and puts forward the counterpart strategies. It will offer novel ideas for progress of the Chinese higher education under the background of global internationalization.
