试论大学生高质量职业指导的路径实现

摘　　要：高质量的职业指导可以帮助大学生积极探索和认识自己的职业发展目标,科学地制订自己的职业能力发展计划,更好地进行职业选择和调整,促进大学生全面发展和满意就业。目前,高校在职业指导工作中还存在一定问题,如观念比较落后、机制较不健全、师资力量薄弱等。如何实现更高质量的职业指导,成为各高校不断探索和研究的重要内容之一。文章就当前存在的问题,有针对性地提出实现更高质量职业指导的措施。In the new normal background,the higher quality of vocational guidance can help college students actively explore and recognize their own career development goals,plan their professional ability development scientifically,better select and adjust their career and promote college students＇ all-round development and job satisfaction. However,in the vocational guidance work in colleges and universities certain problems still exist such as relatively backward ideas,no sound mechanism and poor teachers＇ ability,etc.Therefore,how to achieve a higher quality of vocational guidance becomes one of the important contents of exploration and research in each college. This paper puts forward some high-quality measurements of vocational guidance about the current existing problems.
