摘　　要：在研究生新资助体系的实际操作过程中,高校管理权和贫困研究生隐私权的冲突日渐凸现,厘清研究生新资助体系并界定贫困研究生隐私权这一特殊的法律现象,探究贫困研究生隐私权与高校知情权冲突的具体表现和原因,从培养贫困研究生权利保护意识、加快立法保护节奏、理顺校内管理体制和加大对贫困研究生的人文关怀等方面保障贫困研究生合法权益,可以进一步加快推进我国研究生教育事业的建设进程。In the practical operation of the new funding system of graduate students,the conflict between the rights of management and the privacy rights of poor students has become prominent day by day. This paper is to figure out the new funding system,to definite this special legal phenomenon of the privacy rights of poor graduate students,to clarify the specific performance and causes of the conflict between the right to privacy of poor students and the rights to know of the colleges. Protecting the legitimate rights and interests of the poor graduate students can be done from several aspects,such as cultivating the protection of the rights of the graduate students,accelerating the rhythm of the legislation,straightening the management system of the school and increasing the humanistic care for the poor students,so as to promote the constructive development of China＇s graduate education further.
