摘 要:目的通过建立仿真模型并进行计算机模拟,探讨重力变化对人体心血管系统的影响。方法根据弹性腔模型理论,在原有心血管系统数学模型的基础上引入重力因素,建立基于Matlab/Simulink的模型并对重力变化时人体心血管系统重要参数的变化进行模拟。结果重力改变时体动脉压力、左右心室压力、左心室容积及左右心室血流量的波形与正常重力环境下基本一致;重力减小会导致舒张压与收缩压降低、左右心室压力升高、左心室容积增大、左右心室血流量增大;通过将平均动脉压及心率的模拟结果与实验数据对比发现,模拟结果与实验数据基本一致。结论该模型能够比较快速、精确地模拟重力改变时人体心血管系统的变化。Objective To study the effects of altered gravity on human cardiovascular system by establishing the simulation model and conducting the computer simulation. Methods A Matlab / Simulink model based on the theory of elastic reservoir model was established by integrating the gravity factor into the existing mathematical model of the human cardiovascular system. Then the computational simulation was carried out to figure out the changes of the key parameters of the cardiovascular system. Results The wave shape of the systemic arterial pressure,left and right ventricular pressure,volume and blood flow turned out to be the same with that under1 G when the gravity was altered. However,the diastolic pressure and systolic pressure decreased,the left and right ventricular pressure,the volume and blood flow increased when the gravity level decreased. The simulation results of the heart rate and mean artery pressure were consistent with the experimental results. Conclusion The model can simulate the changes of the cardiovascular system quickly and accurately under altered gravity
