摘 要:经典的经济订货批量模型都是基于以下两个假设:缺货完全延迟或者完全损失以及订货的到达与购买资金的投入是同时的。在垄断行业中,供应商会要求零售商在一定期间内提前支付部分购买资金并且分批支付,然后在订货到达时支付剩余费用。构建基于部分预付策略,不允许缺货、部分短缺、完全短缺三种情况下的的易腐品库存控制模型,给出零售商最优订货周期和最优订购批量的求解算法;结合运作管理实践,通过数值算例和灵敏度分析,从管理角度给出决策建议。In the classic economic order quantity(EOQ)model these are two assumptions,the shortages are either completely backlogged or completely lost and the purchasing cost of an order should be paid at the time of its receipt and don't consider about the time-value.In exclusive markets,the retailers ask purchasers to pay all or a fraction of the purchasing cost in advance and sometimes allow them to divide the prepayment into several equal-sized parts.In this paper,an EOQ model for a deteriorating product without backlogging,with complete backlogging and partial backlogging under consecutive prepayments is developed.Subsequently,a numerical example is presented to illustrate the application of developed model and sensitivity analysis provides some managerial insights for managers.
