竞争零售商应对供应不稳定时的采购策略问题

摘　　要：针对两个古诺竞争零售商和两个具有不同稳定性水平的供应商组成的供应链系统,分别从专有单源供应和共同双源供应两种情形构建零售商竞争应对供应不稳定时的最优决策模型,分析供应稳定性对竞争零售商的采购策略选择、期望利润以及对市场供应的影响。通过比较分析两种不同情形下竞争零售商对市场供应总量及其期望利润,结果表明竞争零售商为了应对供应不稳定而"理性"采用共同双源供应策略的行为,使终端市场消费者受益,而零售商不一定从中受益,甚至利益受损。For a supply chain consisting of two suppliers with different reliability and two cournot competing retailers,sourcing decision model of competing retailers responding to unreliable supply is constructed from two perspectives of dedicated single-source and common dual-source.The effects of supply reliability on the choice of sourcing strategies,the expected profit and market supply of the competing retailers,are analyzed.Furthermore,by comparing the overall supply in the market,retailer＇s profits under two sourcing strategy,one can find that the＂rational＂behavior of using dual-source to mitigate supply unreliability for the competing retailers will be beneficial to the consumers,while it may cause losses of the retailers.
