融合“慢城”理念的都市农业园发展新模式探讨——以简阳双古井园区规划为例

摘　　要：从剖析国家政策出发,结合"慢城"的理论与实践,分析在园区实证案例中融合其理念的必要性。再以产业规划、乡村发展与旅游策划的角度,从案例中提炼出融合"慢城"理念的方法,探讨四川特征浅丘地貌下农业园区发展的新模式。Starting from the analysis of national policy, combining with the theory and practice of slow city, the necessity was analyzed on the integration concept of slow city in the empirical case. From the empirical case, a method was summarized to integrate the concept of slow city from the angle of industrial planning, rural planning and tourism development planning. A new mode was propounded about planning and development for agricultural park under the characteristics landscape of shallow hill in Sichuan.
