摘 要:采用涂盐法分别在8wt%Y_2O_3部分稳定的ZrO_2(YSZ)陶瓷表面涂覆了Na_2SO_4、V_2O_5和Na_2SO_4+V_2O_5(摩尔比1:1)三种腐蚀介质,研究了不同腐蚀介质在800~1000℃下对YSZ陶瓷的腐蚀行为。利用X射线衍射(XRD)和扫描电子显微镜(SEM)对腐蚀后YSZ陶瓷的相组成和微观形貌进行了分析。结果表明,V2O5熔盐在800℃以上对YSZ腐蚀过程中,V_2O_5熔盐与YSZ发生反应形成YVO_4,并存在t-ZrO_2向m-ZrO_2的相变。在用Na_2SO_4和Na_2SO_4+V_2O_5腐蚀介质对YSZ腐蚀过程中,Na_2SO_4本身对YSZ的失效没有影响。然而,由于V_2O_5的存在,V_2O_5与Na_2SO_4反应形成低熔点钒酸盐(NaVO_3),NaVO_3与稳定剂Y_2O_3酸性溶解形成YVO_4,从而使得YSZ陶瓷失效。In this study,hot corrosion behaviors of 8wt%yttria partially stabilized zirconia(YSZ) ceramic coated with V_2O_5,Na_2SO_4,as well as Na_2SO_4+V_2O_5(molar ratio=1:1),respectively,were investigated at 800- 1000℃.Phase analysis and microstructure observation of the corroded YSZ were carried out using X-ray diffraction(XRD)and scanning electron microscopy(SEM),respectively.At temperature above 800 ℃,molten V_2O_5 reacted with YSZ to form YVO_4.The formation of YVO_4 led to the depletion of the Y_2O_3 stabilizer and deleterious transformation to the monoclinic ZrO_2 phase.In addition,YSZ degradation by Na_2SO_4 and Na_2SO_4+V_2O_5 showed that,Na_2SO_4 itself had no effect on the degradation of YSZ.However,the introduction of vanadium into sulfate led to subsequent formation of NaVO_3,which was acidic enough to dissolve Y_2O_3 by acidic fluxing and found to degrade YSZ by the formation of YVO_4.
