蓝色钧瓷基础釉的微观分相结构研究

摘　　要：依据蓝色系钧官瓷釉的组分,配制了蓝色系钧瓷的基础釉料,采用场发射电子扫描显微镜研究了釉的微观分相结构。结果显示:不同温度热处理的样品分相结构不同,呈现出不同的釉色。经过800℃保温30 min热处理的基础釉,其第二相粒子的粒径在100 nm左右,有蓝色乳光效果。According to the component of blue Junguan porcelain glaze,the base glaze was prepared.The microstructure and phase separation of the glaze were studied by field emission-scanning electron microscopy.Results show that the phase separation structure is different in samples with different heating temperatures,and the glazes display different colors.The particle diameter of basic glaze after heat treatment at 800 ℃ for 30 min is around 100 nm,and this glaze has a blue opalescent performance.
