护航舰队官兵应对方式与心理健康的研究

摘　　要：目的探讨护航舰队官兵应对方式与心理健康的关系。方法采用随机整群抽样法抽取护航编队中两艘护卫舰共467名官兵为研究对象,采用应对方式问卷和症状自评量表(symptom check list 90,SCL-90)对其进行测评,并分析测评结果。结果护航舰艇官兵应对方式首选解决问题,其次是求助、合理化、退避、幻想和自责。其解决问题和求助因子得分高于军人常模(P<0.01),自责、求助、退避和合理化因子得分低于军人常模(P<0.01);应对方式中解决问题与SCL-90中人际关系敏感和焦虑两因子呈负相关(P<0.05或P<0.01),自责、退避和合理化与SCL-90中各因子呈正相关(P<0.05或P<0.01);求助与幻想与SCL-90中任何因子均无相关性(均P>0.05)。职务、是否参加护航和解决问题对心理健康有正向预测作用(P<0.05),自责、退避和合理化对心理健康有负向预测作用(均P<0.05)。结论护航舰艇官兵具有良好的应对方式,应对方式与心理健康密切相关,且对心理健康有预测作用。Objective To analysis relationship between coping style and mental health of escort ships of- ficers and soldiers.Methods General Coping Style Questionnaire （CSQ） and Symptom Checklist 90（SCL- 90） were adopted for psychological assessment of 467 escort ships officers and soldiers, and the results were analyzed. Results Escort ships officers and soldiers firstly choose to solve the problem, then seeking- help, rationalization, retreating, illusion and self-blaming. The scores of problem-solving and seeking-help were significantly higher than norm（P（0.01）. The scores of self-blaming, illusion, retreating and ration- alization were significantly lower than norm（P〈0.01）. The problem-solving of coping style was negative correlated with SCL-90 in interpersonal sensitivity and anxiety（P〈0.05 or P〈0.01）.Self-blaming, retrea- ting and rationalization were positively correlated with various factors of SCL-90 （all P〈0.05 or P〈0.01）. Seeking-help and illusion were not related to any factors in SCL-90 （all P〉0.05）.Duties, whether to par- ticipate in the convoy and problem-solving had positive predictive effect on mental health（P〈0.05）, while self-blaming, retreating and rationalization had negative predictive effect on mental health（all P〈0.05）. Conclusions Escort ships officers and soldiers have favorable coping style, and those coping styles are closely related with mental health, and it has predictive effect on mental health.
