军队干部疗养员健康商数的现状调查

摘　　要：目的了解军队干部疗养员的健康商数现状,为指导军队干部医疗保健工作提供依据。方法便利抽样选择某部队疗养院124名军队干部疗养员,采用问卷调查法对其健商状况进行调查。结果军队干部疗养员健康商数各维度平均得分在6.06～7.12之间;但维护健康的知识、获得身心健康的方法、关于医疗保健系统的知识、身体和情感状态的意识以及危害健康的因素和健康监测工具的知识等5个子维度的得分偏低;性别、年龄是健商的影响因素。结论军队干部疗养员健商总体状况比较理想,但健康知识较为薄弱,疗养院应以健商理念为核心、健康知识为重点,开展个性化健康教育,提高军队干部健商水平。Objective To understand the current status of the health quotient of army cadres in sanatorium, in order to provide the basis for guiding the healthcare services for military cadres. Methods By using conven- ience sampling, 124 cases were selected and investigated by questionnaires. Results The each dimension of health quotient scored an average of between 6.06 and 7.12. However, the maintenance of healthy knowledge,acquire the method of physical and mental health, knowledge about the healthcare system, physical and emotional state of consciousness, and health hazard factors and the knowledge of the health monitoring tool had lower scores. Gender and age were the influence factors of health quotient. Conclusions The health quotient of army cadres in sanatorium is ideal, but the health knowledge is weak. Nursing homes should take the health quotient idea as its core, focus on health knowledge, and develop the individ- ualized health education, thus to raise the level of health quotient of army cadres in sanatorium.
