摘　　要：宜居社区的建设既是对生活空间的再造,更是对国人现代性的再造。其建设交织了一系列自然、经济、社会、人文等中国特征,并强调内涵型的城市功能建设以及均衡的公共服务供给与公平规则享有。本文通过对中美宜居社区评价指标的比较分析,认为我国宜居社区的评价指标体系应该包括经济持续度、环境友好度、资源节约度、生活便利度和社会和谐与进步等方面,并对各项指标分别展开子项指标的选取与说明,以期引导经济增长、环境保护、和谐社区构建、人们生活品质提高。The construction of the livable community is not only the reconstruction of living space, but also the reconstruction of the modernity of the Chinese people. Its construction is interwoven with a series of natural, economic, social, cultural and other Chinese characteristics. In the same time it emphasizes the connotation of urban function construction, balance of public service supply and fair rules. The paper according to the content of connotation and the construction of a livable community, through comparative analysis of livable community evaluation index between China and USA, then establishes the evaluation index system of livable communities in our country , that it should be include sustained economic, environment friendly and resource saving, facilitation of life and social harmony and progress. We make the selection and description to the sub index, in order to lead to economic growth, environmental protection, building a harmonious community and improve people＇s quality of life etc.
