脑脊液实验室检查在中枢神经系统感染性疾病诊断中的应用

摘　　要：中枢神经系统感染性疾病为临床常见感染性疾病,若治疗不及时可引发严重的全身性并发症以及神经系统后遗症,有较高的病死率和致残率。近年来,人们不断探索用于此类疾病诊断的脑脊液实验室指标,以期能辅助临床早期诊断、早期治疗。文章就此类实验室指标的研究新进展作一综述。Central nervous system infections are common in clinic,which can cause severe systemic complications and sequel of nervous system if untreated, and they have high mortality and disability rate. In recent years, researchers investigate constantly the parameters of cerebral spinal fluid determination for the early diagnosis and treatment. This article mainly reviews the progress of these determination parameters.
