摘　　要：[目的 ]　对减寿年数 (PYLL)的计算和标化 (SPYLL)做详细的探讨 ,以便广大死因统计人员鉴别使用。　 [方法 ]　讨论PYLL的定义 ,推导计算公式 ,阐述PYLL的实质。　 [结果 ]　推算出PYLL计算的精确方法和利用中位数计算的方法 ,探讨了PYLL标准化的计算方法和选取标准。　 [结论 ]　利用中位数计算PYLL、SPYLL准确度提高 。To study the calculation and standardization of potential years of life lost (PYLL) in detail that people working on statistics can identify and use it. Through discussing the definition of PLYY, the presumption of the calculation formula, this article expounds the essence of PYLL. The precise calculation method and median method were pointed out. The standardized calculation method and selection standard were probed. [Conclusion] It is important to use median to calculate PYLL and SPYLL to improve accuracy. The selection of standardized population should be very close to the distribution of the target population.
