涉密缩微黑白银盐胶片档案的销毁

摘　　要：对于涉密缩微黑白银盐胶片的销毁,应保证不泄露国家保密信息,避免造成国家安全和利益遭受损害。目前常用的缩微胶片销毁方法有粉碎法、焚烧法等。遵循环境保护原则,且应尽可能地将所有介质循环利用等原则,对涉密缩微黑白银盐胶片选用有效氯含量为10%的次氯酸钠溶液进行浸泡销毁,具有可操作性,价格低廉,效果显著。对销毁液过滤后的滤渣中的银,可选择置换法进行回收,回收率较高。For the destruction of secret black-and-white silver microfilm, it should ensure no leakage of national confidential information and avoid causing national security and interests suffered damage. The de- struction of secret black-and-white silver microfilm methods commonly include crushing method, burning method etc.. Followed the principles of environmental protection and medium circulation, the effective chlo- rine content of 10% sodium hypochlorite solution has been selected as the appropriate destruction method, which is a handy,low-cost,significant method. After filtration of the filter residue, the replacement method can be used for the recovery of Silver and the recovery rate is higher.
