声带息肉术后嗓音训练配合中医针药治疗的疗效观察

摘　　要：目的观察声带息肉术后嗓音训练配合中医针药治疗的临床疗效。方法选取我院自2012年3月~2015年3月收治的行声带息肉术患者88例,采取数字随机法分成观察组（n=44）和对照组（n=44）,对照组采取中医针药治疗,观察组在中医针药基础上,配合进行嗓音训练,比较两组临床疗效。结果两组术后3个月喉部发生能力VAS的自主评分低于术后1个月,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。观察组术后1、3个月喉部发生能力VAS的自主评分低于对照组,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。观察组总有效率为90.91%,对照组总有效率为79.55%,观察组总有效率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论嗓音训练联合中医针药对声带息肉切除术患者十分有效,在术后可帮助患者快速的恢复发声功能,较单独中医针药疗效更好,是一种优秀的辅助治疗方式。Objective To explore the clinical effect of vocal training combined with traditional Chinese acupuncture and medicine in the patients after vocal cord polyp resection surgeries. Methods 88 patients who received vocal cord polyp resection surgeries in our hospital from March 2012 to March 2015 were randomly divided into observation group（n=44） and control group（n=44）.The control group was treated with traditional Chinese acupuncture and medicine,while the observation group received voice training based on traditional Chinese acupuncture and medicine.The clinical effects of the two groups were compared. Results Three months after surgery,the laryngeal vocal VAS scores of the two groups were lower than those 1 month after surgery,the differences were statistically significant（P〈0.05）.In the observation group,the laryngeal vocal VAS scores of 1 and 3 months after operation were lower than those of the control group,the differences were statistically significant（P〈0.05）,the total effective rate was 90.91%,which was higher than the 79.55% of the control group,the difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）. Conclusion The vocal training combined with traditional Chinese acupuncture and medicine has an obvious effect in the treatment of patients after vocal cord polyp resection surgery,which benefits the vocal function recovery and has better effect than the therapy with only traditional Chinese acupuncture and medicine.It is an excellent adjunctive therapy mode.
