摘　　要：痤疮是常见的皮肤病,其发病机制较复杂,多与皮脂腺分泌、痤疮丙酸杆菌、皮脂腺角化异常及遗传等有关;中西医治疗痤疮各有所长,目前多数患者对已有的治疗痤疮的方法并不满意。由此,本文就痤疮发病机制及其治疗方法进行综述,为研发出更高效、刺激性小的治疗痤疮药物提供依据。Acne is a common skin disease, its pathogenesis is complex, it is influenced by the secretion of the sebaceous glands, propionibacterium acnes, sebaceous keratosis genetic abnormalities and so on; Chinese and Western medicine treatment of acne have their own strengths, At present most of the patients of existing acne treatments are not satisfied. In this paper, the research progress of acne pathogenesis and the treatment of drug are reviewed to provide a basis for the development of a more efficient, less irritanting acne medication.
