曼月乐治疗绝经过渡期功能性子宫出血的疗效观察

摘　　要：目的探讨绝经过渡期功能性子宫出血进行曼月乐疗法的临床效果观察。方法临床选择2014年7月~2015年5月本院收治的绝经过渡期功能性子宫出血患者100例,根据随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组,两组均进行妈富隆治疗,观察组在此基础上置入曼月乐疗法,两组均治疗半年,比较两组治疗前后的子宫内膜厚度、月经量评分情况;比较两组治疗前后的各项性激素水平改变。结果两组治疗后的子宫内膜厚度、月经量评分均有降低,但观察组治疗后的子宫内膜厚度、月经量评分情况显著低于对照组,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）;两组治疗后的FSH、E2、PRL、LH、P等激素指标均有改善,但观察组治疗后的各项检查指标改善情况显著优于对照组（P〈0.05）。结论绝经过渡期功能性子宫出血患者进行曼月乐疗法,可提高患者的内分泌状态,降低子宫内膜厚度及月经量,临床效果确切,值得临床推广。Objective To explore and discuss the clinical effect observation of Mirena on treating dysfunctional uterine bleeding during menopausal transition period. Methods 100 patients who suffered from dysfunctional uterine bleeding during menopausal transition period from July 2014 to May 2015 in our hospital were divided into control group and observation group according to random number table. The two groups received the Marvelon treatment, while the observation group received this therapy combined with Mirena on this basis. After 6 months＇ treatment of the two groups, the endometrial thickness, menstrual volume score and the sex hormone levels between before and after treatment were compared. Results After treatment, the endometrial thickness and menstrual volume score of the two groups were both decreased, while the endometrial thickness and menstrual volume score of the observation group were significantly lower than that of the control group, differences between the two groups were statistically significant（P〈0.05）, the hormone index of FSH, E2, PRL, LH and P etc of the two groups all improved, while various inspection indicators of the observation group were dramatically better than that of the control group（P〈0.05）. Conclusion Mirena on treating patients with dysfunctional uterine bleeding during menopausal transition period could heighten patients＇ endocrinosity and reduce endometrial thickness and menstrual volume, which had certain clinical effect and deserved to be popularized in clinical.
