血清PCT、CRP、宫颈分泌物涂片联合检测在未足月胎膜早破绒毛膜羊膜炎诊断中的价值

摘　　要：目的探讨PCT、CRP、宫颈分泌物涂片联合检测对未足月胎膜早破绒毛膜羊膜炎的诊断价值。方法于2013年1月~2015年12月,选取50例未足月胎膜早破患者进行研究,设置为观察组,另选取同时期的50例未足月健康孕妇进行对照,设置为对照组。分别对两组受检者进行血清PCT、CRP检测,并对观察组进行宫颈分泌物涂片检查。计算PCT、CRP、宫颈分泌物涂片以及联合检测对绒毛膜羊膜炎的诊断敏感性、特异性、准确性,并对比两组受检者的PCT值、CRP值。结果与单一检测相比,联合检测的诊断敏感性、特异性以及准确性均明显更高（P〈0.05）。与对照组相比,观察组的PCT值、CRP值均明显更高（P〈0.05）。结论应用血清PCT、CRP、宫颈分泌物涂片联合检测对未足月胎膜早破合并绒毛膜羊膜炎进行准确的诊断。Objective To explore the diagnostic value of joint detection with PCT,CRP and cervical wecretion smear on the chorioamnionitis of preterm premature rupture of membranes. Methods 50 patients with preterm premature rupture of membranes from January 2013 to December 2015 were researched as the observation group,while 50 contemporary healthy pregnant women were compared as the control group.The two groups received detection of serum PCT and CRP levels,and the control group also received detection of cervical wecretion smear.The diagnostic sensitivity,specificity and accuracy of serum PCT,CRP and cervical wecretion smear and joint detection on the chorioamnionitis were computed.The PCT and CRP values of the two groups were compared. Results Compared with the signal detection,the diagnostic sensitivity, specificity and accuracy of joint detection were significantly higher（P〈0.05）.Compared with the control group,the PCT and CRP values of the observation group were dramatically higher（P〈0.05）. Conclusion The application of joint detection with PCT,CRP and cervical wecretion smear on the chorioamnionitis of preterm premature rupture of membranes had accurate diagnosis.
