复方甘草酸苷注射液治疗小儿肺炎合并肝功能损害疗效观察

摘　　要：目的观察复方甘草酸苷注射液辅助治疗小儿肺炎合并肝功能损害的治疗效果。方法 2014年1月至2015年5月济源市妇幼保健院儿科收治住院的肺炎合并肝功能损害患儿60例,随机分为观察组和对照组各30例。两组肺炎治疗均给予头孢曲松抗感染和雾化吸入治疗,观察组在治疗肝功能损害上给予复方甘草酸苷注射液静脉应用;对照组给予肝泰乐治疗肝功能损害。结果观察组总有效率96.7%(29/30),显著高于对照组73.3%(22/30),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组总疗程为(5.68±1.21)d,显著低于对照组(9.22±0.98)d,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组在治疗过程中血、尿、肾功能均在正常范围,无明显不良反应。结论静脉应用复方甘草酸苷注射液协同抗菌药物、雾化吸入治疗小儿肺炎合并肝功能损害,既加快了肺炎的好转,又促进肝功能的恢复。Objective To investigate the effect of compound glycyrrhizin injection in the treatment of children with pneumonia and liver dysfunction.Methods From January 2014 to May 2015 in Women and Children Hospital in Jiyuan city,60 children admitted to the hospital for pneumonia and liver dysfunction were randomly divided into two groups：the observation group and the control group.Two groups were both given anti-infection and inhalation therapy to treat pneumonia.The observation group was given compound glycyrrhizin injection to cure liver dysfunction,while the control group was given glucurolactone injection.Results The total effective rate of observation group was 96.7%（29/30）,significantly higher than the total effective rate of control group[73.3%（22/30）],the difference being statistically significant（P〈0.05）.The total course of the observation group was（5.68±1.21）d,significantly shorter than the control group（9.22±0.98）d,the difference being statistically significant（P〈0.05）.The result of blood,urine and kidney function of two groups during treatment was in the normal range,with no significant adverse reactions.Conclusion The compound glycyrrhizin injection combined with antibacterial drugs and inhalation treatment for children with pneumonia and liver dysfunction has good effect,which can not only accelerate the improvement of pneumonia,but also promote the recovery of liver function.
