孟鲁司特钠治疗小儿咳嗽变异性哮喘疗效观察

摘　　要：目的观察孟鲁司特钠治疗小儿咳嗽变异性哮喘的临床疗效,旨在为临床用药治疗提供有效依据。方法 2013年4月至2015年4月郑州市第七人民医院儿科收治咳嗽变异性哮喘患儿80例,随机分为观察组和对照组各40例。对照组采用常规治疗,观察组在对照组的治疗基础上加用孟鲁司特钠进行治疗,所有患儿均连续进行3个月治疗。观察和比较两组的临床治疗效果、咳嗽缓解时间及咳嗽消失时间。结果治疗后,观察组患儿治疗的总有效率为95.0%(38/40),明显高于对照组77.5%(31/40),两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组患儿的咳嗽缓解时间(5.14±1.29)d,明显低于对照组(9.81±1.56)d,咳嗽消失时间(6.52±1.58)d明显低于对照组(10.79±1.86)d,两组比较差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论小儿咳嗽变异性哮喘患儿采用孟鲁司特钠进行治疗具有良好的临床疗效,值得在临床上推广应用。Objective To observe the clinical effects of montelukast sodium in the treatment of children with cough variant asthma,and to provide an effective basis for clinical medication.Methods Totally 80 children with cough variant asthma who accepted treatments in our hospital from April 2013 to April 2015 were taken as the research objects,and these patients were randomly divided into the control group and the observation group by the random number table method,with 40 patients in each group.In the control group,they were treated with routine treatment while in the observation group,they were treated with the montelukast sodium on the basis of the treatment for the control group.All patients received a continuous treatment for 3months.Then,the clinical treatment effect and cough relief time and cough disappearance time of two groups of patients were observed and compared.Results After the treatment,the total effective rate in the observation group was 95.0%,which was significantly higher than that in the control group（77.5%）（P〈0.05）,and the difference had statistical significance.In addition,the cough relief time in the observation group was（5.14±1.29）d,which was significantly shorter than that in the control group（9.81±1.56）d;the cough disappearance time was（6.52±1.58）d,which was significantly shorter than that in the control group（10.79±1.86）d（P〈0.05）,and the difference had statistical significance.Conclusion The clinical effects of montelukast sodium in the treatment of children with cough variant asthma are good,thus should be promoted and applied in the clinics.
