基于德尔菲法的岭南儿童中医体质量表制定的专家问卷调查分析

摘　　要：目的应用德尔菲法对岭南地区儿童中医体质量表各体质类型指标进行筛选,为岭南儿童中医体质量表的制定奠定基础。方法以前期文献研究及临床经验为基础,按7种体质(平和质、气虚质、阳虚质、阴虚质、湿热质、痰湿质、气郁质)及各体质可能有的证候列出相应条目,建立问卷,于2014年10月至2015年4月采用德尔菲专家问卷调查法对28名专家进行两轮问卷调查。结果两轮调查专家积极系数分别为100%、92.9%;第1轮调查中49项条目经调查分析后删除了17项,修改了1项,余31项,有6项组合成3项,余29项进行第2轮调查;第2轮调查中,所调查的29项指标的均数>1.5,满分比>0.5,变异系数<0.3。结论德尔菲法筛选岭南儿童中医体质量表指标均有实用价值,保证了结果的可靠性和代表性,为量表的后续制定工作奠定了基础。Objective To lay necessary foundation for development of Body Constitution Scale for children in Lingnan area,Delphi method was applied to evaluate and select essential items for body constitution classification.Methods Based on previous studies on literature and clinical experience,seven types of body constitutions,including normal constitution,qi-deficiency constitution,yang-deficiency constitution,yindeficiency constitution,dampness-heat constitution,phlegm-damp constitution and qi-stagnation constitution,were established and all related symptoms and signs were listed as items for screening.Twenty-eight specialists were inquired in the two rounds of consultation using self-made Delphi questionnaire.Results Response rates in the two rounds of consultation were 100% and 92.9%,respectively.Of the initial 49 items,17were removed and one modified after Round 1and in the remained 31 items,6items were combined into 3.The 29 items were surveyed in Round 2and all reached the criteria and the average score of each item was higher than 1.5,ratio of full score higher than 50%,and coefficient of variance less than 0.3.Conclusion By Delphi method,a Body Constitution Scale for children in Lingnan area has been initially developed with eligible reliability and representativeness,which lays a solid foundation for the development of the following scale.
