摘 要:目的通过对支气管哮喘患儿及其家长系统的健康教育,从而提高儿童哮喘的预防和治疗效果。方法将157例支气管哮喘患儿随机分为观察组80例和对照组77例,对照组在门诊采用口头健康教育,观察组在对照组基础上,建立哮喘病历档案,并对其及其家长进行系统的健康教育活动。3个月后评估两组患儿肺功能情况和哮喘控制情况。结果通过系统的健康教育活动的观察组患儿,经过3个月后患儿哮喘发作、吸入技术操作正确、肺通气功能、吸入治疗依从性与对照组相比差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论系统的健康教育提高了患儿及其家长对哮喘的认知程度,使其主动积极配合治疗,哮喘得到了有效控制,有助于儿童哮喘的防治,减轻患儿的痛苦。Objective To improve the prevention and treatment of children with asthma through systematic health education for children with bronchial asthma and their parents.Methods A total of 157 cases of bronchial asthma were randomly divided into two groups:the observation group(87cases)and the control group(77cases).The control group was given health education by talking in OPD,while for the observation group,in addition to the management for the control group,asthma information was recorded in files and systematic health education was performed for the children and their parents.After 3months,the lung function and control of asthma were evaluated.Results After 3months of treatment,there was statistical difference in the asthma attack,accuracy of inhalation operation,pulmonary ventilation and treatment compliance by comparing the two groups(P〈0.01).Conclusion Systematic health education increases the recognition level of asthma in children and their parents,through which the children have better compliance and asthma is effectively controlled.It helps to prevent and treat asthma in children and reduces their pain.
