摘 要:利用真空熔烧技术将镍包碳化钨KF-56、稀土氧化物、镍基自熔合金Ni45B按不同质量百分含量在45钢基体表面,制备五种不同CeO_2添加量的Ni-WC-CeO_2复合涂层,研究CeO_2在Ni-WC复合涂层中最佳综合性能添加量。利用洛氏硬度计、显微硬度计分别检测不同CeO_2添加量涂层外表面洛氏硬度、纵截面显微硬度;利用摩擦磨损实验机检测不同CeO_2添加量涂层表面耐磨性;利用箱式电阻炉对试样反复进行650℃、750℃两种加热温度至常温的热循环热疲劳实验,以检测不同CeO_2添加量对涂层热疲劳性能的影响;利用中型盐雾腐蚀实验箱对涂层表面进行盐雾腐蚀,以检测不同CeO_2添加量对涂层的耐腐蚀性能的影响。实验结果表明,当CeO_2添加量为0.75%时,涂层外表面洛氏硬度和纵截面显微硬度最高,涂层耐磨性、耐腐蚀性最好,分别比不添加CeO_2涂层提高了50%和300%,抗热疲劳性能仅略低于添加量为0.5%的涂层,两种温度分别比不添加CeO_2涂层提高了18.5%、12.5%。Ni-WC涂层的最佳CeO_2添加量为0.75%。Nickel- coated WC- 56,CeO2 and Ni45B were coated on the surface of steel 45 and sintered in vacuum heat treatment furnace to prepare five Ni- WC- CeO2 composite coatings with different contents of CeO2 and study the effect of additive amount of CeO2 on properties of the coating. Rockwell hardness tester and Vickers hardness tester were used to measure the surface hardness and lengthwise section hardness of the coatings. The wear resistance in the coating surface was tested by friction and wear experiment machine. Effect of CeO2 on thermal fatigue property of the coatings was investigated by thermo- fatigue test in which samples were heated to 650 ℃ and 750 ℃ and then cooled to room temperature. Salt spray corrosion test was conducted to examine the effect of CeO2 on the corrosion resistance of the coatings. The results show that when CeO2 content is 0. 75%,the coating surface Rockwell hardness and microhardness of longitudinal section is the highest,wear resistance and corrosion resistance of the coatings were the best,up 50% and 300% from that without CeO2,respectively,thermal fatigue resistance of the coating is slightly lowered than that with 0. 5% CeO2 and increased by 12. 5% ~ 18. 5% than that without CeO2.
