摘 要:建立了电感耦合等离子体发射光谱法(ICP-AES)测定稀土矿石中氧化铌、氧化锆、氧化钛的定量分析方法。样品使用氢氧化钠、过氧化钠溶解后,经过强碱分离磷、硅、氟、铝等元素及大量的钠盐,沉淀用盐酸和氢氟酸溶解,于ICP-AES法测定铌、锆、钛量。本方法对影响测定的各种因素进行了详细的研究,包括溶解样品条件、共存元素干扰、回收率试验等。实验根据稀土矿石的特点确定了各元素的测定范围,测定范围为:Nb2O50.07%-0.20%;ZrO21%-5%;TiO20.1%-4%,测定结果与ICP-MS法测定相一致。精密度试验结果表明,RSD(n=11)均小于2.80。Contents of Nb2O5,ZrO2 and TiO2 in rare earth rocks were determined by ICP- AES. P,Si,F,Al and sodium salt were separated by strong alkaline solution after dissolving the simples by NaOH and Na2O2,deposit was dissolved by HCl and HF solution,and then Nb2O5,ZrO2 and TiO2 were determined by inductively coupled plasma- atomic emission spectrometry( ICP- AES). Several factors influencing the determination results,including dissolving conditions,interruption of coexisting elements and recovery test,were investigated in detail. The measuring range of each element was determined according to properties of the rare earth rocks,the measuring range of Nb2O5 was 0. 070% - 0. 20%,ZrO2 1% - 5% and TiO2 0. 1% -4%. The results was agreement with ICP- MS. The experiment of precision showed that all RSDS( n = 11) were smaller than2. 80.
