远红外线照射联合喜疗妥外敷防治胺碘酮相关静脉炎的疗效观察与护理

摘　　要：探讨远红外线照射结合喜疗妥外敷及护理防治胺碘酮相关静脉炎的临床效果。选取50例外周静脉输注盐酸胺碘酮患者,采取随机数字法将患者分为对照组和治疗组,每组各25例。对照组给予远红外线照射,采用一般护理措施;治疗组采取远红外线照射结合喜疗妥外敷治疗和护理干预措施,比较两组静脉炎及疼痛发生情况。两组静脉炎和疼痛程度比较差异(P<0.05)有统计学意义。远红外线照射结合喜疗妥外敷和护理干预可降低胺碘酮相关静脉炎的发生率,减轻炎症局部疼痛,提高患者舒适度。To explore the far infrared irradiation combined with hirudoid external treatment and nursing clinical effect of prevention and treatment of amiodarone related phlebitis.Select 50 cases patients with intravenous amiodarone hydrochloride,adopt random number method divided the patients into control group and treatment group,each group of25 cases.The control group given far infrared radiation,using general nursing measures; The treatment group take far infrared irradiation combined with hirudoid topical treatment and nursing intervention measures,to compare two groups of phlebitis and happening of pain.The difference compare the pain level of two groups（ P〈0. 05） was statistically significant.The combination of far infrared radiation hirudoid gels and nursing intervention can reduce amiodarone related the incidence of phlebitis,reduce inflammation,local pain,improve patient comfort.
