银屑病患者的窄谱中波紫外光治疗和管理

摘　　要：分析窄谱中波紫外线(NB-UVB)治疗银屑病患者的有效性及心里干预的重要性。对银屑病患者进行全身NB-uv B照射,同时根据个体进行不同程度的疾病教育、患者自身行为管理和精神情绪疏导等心里干预措施。应用银屑病皮损面积和严重程度指数(PASI)评分标准进行疗效评价,基本治愈135例(39.7%),显效185例(54.4%),有效12例(3.5%)、无效8例(2.4%),对基本治愈和显效者随访2年,复发率为53.1%(170/320)。NB-uv B仍是目前治疗寻常性银屑病的有效手段之一,同时,对银屑病患者进行知、行、性管理也是其中的重要一环。To analyze the efficacy of the NB-UVB in the treatment of psoriasis patients and the significance of psychological intervention.With the total body irradiation of narrow-band UVB on psoriasis patients,it is supposed to make psychological intervention of different degrees to different individuals,such as disease education,the own behavior management of patients,spiritual and emotional adjustment and so on.Besides,it is supposed to evaluate curative effect according to psoriasis area and scoring standard of severity index. 135 cases（ 39. 7%） were basically cured,185 cases（ 54. 4%） were markedly improved,12 cases（ 3. 5%） were effective and 8 cases（ 2. 4%） were invalid.After 2-year follow-up with the patients who were basically cured and markedly improved,it＇s found that the recurrence rate was53. 1%（ 170 / 320）.Meanwhile,the narrow-band UVB is still one of the effective ways to treat psoriasis vulgaris. And meanwhile the management of knowledge,behavior and personality of patients is also an important step.
