摘 要:为解决集磁环式光学电流互感器存在的线性度和准确度差的问题,提出了一种集磁环式光学电流互感器的自校正测量方法。该方法在常规集磁环式光学电流互感器的基础上增加基准电流源、自校正线圈和远端采集单元,并采用自校正算法进行数据处理,使常规的集磁环式光学电流互感器成为一个完整的自校正测量系统。实验结果表明,所设计的集磁环式光学电流互感器测量准确度等级满足IEC 0.2级的测量要求,可以有效提高集磁环式光学电流互感器的线性度和准确度,证明了自校正测量方法的正确性与实用性。同时为集磁环式光学电流互感器的实用化设计提供了新的思路。In this paper a self-calibration measurement method is proposed to improve the linearity and accuracy of the optical current transducer with the magnetic concentrator ring. A reference current source,a selfcalibration coil,and a remote collection unit are applied to the normal optical current transducer with the magnetic concentrator ring to form the self-calibration measurement system. And the self-calibration algorithm is also used in the signal processing. The experimental results show that the designed optical current sensor with the magnetic concentrator ring can meet the requirement of IEC 0. 2 class. And the linearity and accuracy of the optical current transducer with the magnetic concentrator ring are improved obviously by using the self-calibration measurement method. The experimental results demonstrate the correctness and practicality of the self-calibration measurement method. The research can provide a new method for the practical design of the optical current transducer with the magnetic concentrator ring.
