我国应用技术大学战略发展分析--基于台湾地区科技大学的发展经验

摘　　要：建立应用技术大学旨在推进产业结构调整、教育结构优化、人才体系完善,是我国培养应用型、创新型技术技能人才的必然选择。与大陆地区应用技术大学层次相同,台湾地区科技大学亦属于本科层次职业教育。台湾地区科技大学的建立源于产业结构转型升级,对推进普通教育和职业教育融合及职业教育和经济的全面发展有巨大贡献。台湾地区科技大学的成功经验包括明确的战略定位和发展规划,紧密深度的产学合作及成熟的技术研发与转化机制。基于此,我国应用技术大学的战略发展应明确定位,贴近行业企业,推进技术转化和学术产业化,以更好地服务我国战略发展与规划。Establishing application technology university is a major strategic decision of China to adjust industrial structure, optimize education structure and complete talents cultivation system; meanwhile, it is also the inevitable choice of cultivating innovative, applied, technical and skilled talents in China. Same as the level of application technology university in China, university of science and technology in Taiwan also belongs to the undergraduate level of vocational education. In Taiwan, setting up the science and technology universities is the result of transformation and upgrading of industrial structure, which promoted the integration of general education and vocational education, promoted the all-round development of vocational education and economy. In Taiwan, the development experience of universities of science and technology are clear strategic positioning and development planning, close and deep cooperation between industries and technology research, and mature mechanism of technology development and transformation. Based on this, in China, the strategic development of applied technology universities should position clearly, closely combine with the industry and enterprises, promote technology transfer and industrialization of academic, so as to contribute to the strategic development and planning of China.
