摘 要:目的探讨跨理论模型健康教育对永久性结肠造口患者自我管理行为的影响。方法将104例永久性结肠造口患者随机分为对照组(52例)和实验组(52例),分别采取医院常规健康教育方法和跨理论模型的健康教育方法,观察干预后患者自我概念、自我护理责任感、自我护理知识和自我护理技能改变情况。结果实验组干预前后各行为变化阶段人数差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);干预后实验组和对照组各阶段人数差异比较有统计学意义(P<0.05);实验组干预后患者自我概念、自我护理责任感、自我护理知识和自我护理技能得分较干预前明显增高(P<0.05);干预后实验组患者自我概念、自我护理责任感、自我护理知识和自我护理技能得分较对照组明显增高(P<0.05)。结论跨理论模型健康教育有效地改变了永久性肠造口患者自我管理的行为,提高了患者的自我护理能力。Objective To explore the influence of trans-theoretical model of health education on self-care ability of patients with permanent colostomy. Methods Total 104 patients with permanent colostomy were randomly divided into control group(52 cases) and experimental group(52 cases). Patients in two groups took routine hospital health education method and health education method of the trans-theoretical model respectively. After intervention self-care ability of patients were measured. Results In the experimental group, significant differences were observed in different stage before and after the intervention(P〈0.05). After intervention, there were significant differences in the number of patients in the two groups(P〈0.05). In the experimental group, significant difference was observed in patient self-care ability score before and after the intervention(P〈0.05). After intervention self-care ability of patients in experimental group was significantly higher than control group(P〈0.05). Conclusions The trans-theoretical model of health education can effectively improve the self-care ability of permanent colostomy patients.
