小儿豉翘清热颗粒治疗小儿上呼吸道感染的临床分析

摘　　要：目的：分析小儿豉翘清热颗粒治疗小儿上呼吸道感染的临床疗效。方法：选取2014年6月~2015年8月期间我院收治的90例小儿上呼吸道感染患者作为研究对象,根据治疗方法的不同将其平均分为对照组与观察组,每组各45例,,对照组予以西药治疗,观察组予以小儿豉翘清热颗粒治疗,观察比较两组患儿的退热时间及临床疗效。结果：观察组治疗总有效率为93.33%,对照组为75.56%,两组比较形成显著差异（P〈0.05）。结果：小儿豉翘清热颗粒治疗小儿上呼吸道感染的效果理想,具有较高的临床应用价值。Objective： To analysis of pediatric loosened up heat the clinical curative effect of granule in treatment of pediatric upper respiratory tract infection. Methods：During June 2014 to August 2014,choosed 90 cases of our hospital during the period of pediatric patients with upper respiratory tract infection as the research object, according to different treatment methods of its average can be divided into control group and observation group, 45 cases in each group, and the control group to western medicine treatment, the observation group to pediatric loosened up heat treatment, observe and compare two groups of children with fever time clinical curative effect. Results：Observation group total effective rate of treatment 93.33%, the control group75.56%, comparing the two groups form a significant difference（P 0.05）. Results： The pediatric loosened up clear heat granules in treatment of pediatric upper respiratory tract infection effect is ideal, children can effectively shorten the length of time, has high clinical value.
