半夏泻心汤治疗脓毒症气机壅滞型胃肠功能障碍疗效分析

摘　　要：目的:观察半夏泻心汤治疗脓毒症气机壅滞型胃肠功能障碍的疗效。方法:将60例脓毒症气机壅滞型胃肠功能障碍患者随机分为治疗组和对照组,两组患者均给予常规抗感染及脏器功能支持,治疗组在此基础上给予中药半夏泻心汤治疗。观察两组胃肠症状改善情况。结果:治疗14天后,治疗组患者胃肠功能障碍评分、中医症候评分、炎症指标均降低,显著优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:半夏泻心汤能改善脓毒症气机壅滞型胃肠功能障碍患者的胃肠功能,减少炎症反应,改善预后。Objective： To observe the clinical curative effect of Banxiaxiexintang in the treatment of Sepsis with QIjiyongzhi type Gastrointestinal Dysfunction. Methods： 60 patients with Sepsis with QIjiyongzhi type Gastrointestinal Dysfunction were randomly divided into the treatment group and the control group. All of them were given routine anti-infection and viscera function support. On the basis of treatment, the treatment group was treatedtrointestinal symptoms. Results： After 14 days of treatment, the Gastrointestinal-dysfunction-score and TCM symptom score and infl ammatory indexes of the treatment group were lower than the control group,（P 0.05）. Conclusion： Banxiaxiexin Tang has a better clinical curative effect in the treatment of Sepsis with QIjiyongzhi type Gastrointestinal Dysfunction. It can reduce infl ammation and improve prognosis.
