中西医结合治疗慢性肾炎蛋白尿的临床疗效观察

摘　　要：目的:观察中西医结合治疗慢性肾炎蛋白尿的临床疗效。方法:将60例患者随机分为两组,每组各30例。对照组对症治疗,如积极控制高血压,抗血小板凝集药,利尿消肿等;治疗组30例,在常规药物治疗的基础上口服芪黄饮汤剂、每日1剂,两组治疗2个月。比较两组改善患者临床症状及体征,减少尿蛋白,降低血中尿素氮及肌酐等水平。结果:两组治疗后比较有显著性差异(P<0.05)。治疗前后两组24尿蛋白定量(Upro)、尿素氮(BUN)、肌酐(Cr)比较,差别有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组尿常规中尿蛋白比较,两组治疗后尿蛋白较治疗前均有明显好转(P<0.05)。结论:中西医结合治疗能提高临床疗效,改善患者临床症状及体征,减少尿蛋白,降低血中尿素氮及肌酐等水平。Objective： Observe the clinical effects of combined Chinese and western medicine treatment chronic nephritis albuminuria. Methods ： 60 cases were randomly divided into two groups, each group 30 cases. Control group symptomatic treatment, such as positive control high blood pressure, antiplatelet aggregation drugs, diuresis detumescence, etc.; Treatment group 30 cases, on the basis of conventional drug treatment of oral stilbene yellow drink one, a dose of daily, two groups of treatment for 2 months. Compare two groups to improve patient＇s clinical symptoms and signs, reduce urine protein, reduce the blood urea nitrogen and creatinine levels.Results ： Comparing the two groups after treatment had significant difference（P 0.05）. Before and after treatment in the two groups of 24 quantitative urine protein（Upro）, urea nitrogen（BUN）, creatinine（Cr）, the difference was statistically significant（P 0.05）. Two groups of urine protein in the urine routine, urine protein before the treatment the two groups after treatment were improved significantly（P 0.05）.Conclusion： Combine traditional Chinese and western medicine treatment can improve the clinical curative effect, improve patient＇s clinical symptoms and physical signs, reduce urinary protein, reduce the blood urea nitrogen and creatinine levels.
