鼻三针结合雷火灸在过敏性鼻炎治疗中的临床价值分析

摘　　要：目的:探讨鼻三针结合雷火灸在过敏性鼻炎治疗中的临床价值。方法:本次医学研究选择我院耳鼻咽喉科2013年1月至2015年1月之间收治的100例过敏性鼻炎患者为观察对象,随机将其分为对照组和实验组,对照组过敏性鼻炎患者接受抗组胺药氯雷他定治疗,实验组过敏性鼻炎患者接受鼻三针结合雷火灸治疗,比较分析两组过敏性鼻炎患者临床治疗效果。结果:实验组50例观察对象临床治疗的总有效率为96%,对照组50例观察对象临床治疗的总有效率为72%,两组过敏性鼻炎患者临床治疗效果对比具有明显的统计学差异(P<0.05)。实验组观察对象临床治疗后临床症状体征总评分结果明显优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:本次医学研究结果证实,过敏性鼻炎患者接受鼻三针结合雷火灸治疗,有助于患者临床症状和体征的改善,且治疗的有效性和安全性交给,因而具有较高的推广应用价值。Objective：To investigate the nasal three needles in combination with the thunder fire moxibustion in the treatment of allergic rhinitis clinical value. Methods：The medical research to choose the hospital otolaryngology department from January 2013 to January 2013 between 100 patients with allergic rhinitis were treated as observation object, the random divided into control group and experimental group and control group in patients with allergic rhinitis treated with antihistamine drug loratadine, experimental allergic rhinitis patients receiving nasal three needles in combination with the thunder fire moxibustion treatment, compared two groups of patients with allergic rhinitis the clinical therapeutic effect. Results：Experimental observation object in 50 cases of clinical treatment the total effective rate was 96%, the control group 50 cases observed clinical treatment the total effective rate was 72%, two groups of patients with allergic rhinitis the clinical therapeutic effect compared with significant statistical difference（P 0.05）. Experimental observation object total score of clinical symptoms and signs after clinical treatment result is better than the control group（P 0.05）. Conclusion：The medical research results confirmed that patients with allergic rhinitis nasal three needles in combination with the thunder fire moxibustion therapy, help to improve patients＇ clinical symptoms and signs, and the efficacy and safety of the treatment to, thus has higher application value.
