脑内血肿患者应用微创碎吸术的临床护理分析

摘　　要：目的:剖析脑内血肿患者应用微创碎吸术的临床护理措施。方法:择我科2014年7月至2015年3月,接收入院的脑内血肿患者,共计24例。抽取24例患者的相关病例资料,并对其临床护理的方法以及内容作出深入的总结。结果:24例患者中,血肿达到完全消失程度的患者,共计16例;1例于治疗中死亡;余下的7例,血肿消失明显。严格依照治疗的相关要求,同时结合患者的临床表现,为患者制定出针对性较高的护理方案。其中,护理的内容主要包括:体位护理;引流管护理;心理护理;血压护理;病情护理。结论:将临床表现与治疗要求融为一体,从不同的方面对患者实施有针对性护理,可全面提升微创碎吸术的实施效果及安全性。Objective： To analyze the clinical care measures intracerebral hematoma in patients with minimally invasive surgery. Method： choose our department from July 2014 to March 2015, received intracerebral hematoma patients admitted to hospital, totaling 24 cases. Extract the relevant clinical data of 24 patients, and make in-depth summary of the clinical care approach and content. Results： 24 patients, hematoma in patients achieving complete disappearance degree, a total of 16 cases; one case of death in the treatment; the remaining seven cases, the hematoma disappeared obvious. Strictly in accordance with the relevant requirements of treatment, combined with clinical manifestations, for patients to develop a highly targeted care programs. Wherein the content of care include： postural care; drainage tube care; psychological care; blood pressure care; illness care. Conclusion： The clinical manifestations and treatment requires integration from different aspects of the implementation of targeted patient care, can enhance the implementation of minimally invasive aspiration effect and safety.
