集束化护理在血液透析联合血液灌流治疗尿毒症患者不安腿综合症中的应用

摘　　要：目的:观察集束化护理在血液透析联合血液灌流治疗尿毒症患者不安腿综合症中的效果。方法:建立集束化护理团队,加强科室人员相关知识培训和教育,观察尿毒症维持血液透析不安腿综合症患者25例采用血液透析联合血液灌流治疗,每周2次常规血液透析加一次血液透析联合血液灌流,连续治疗3个月,观察患者睡眠治疗、i PTH、β2-MG指标。结果:3个月后,15例患者症状完全缓解,8例患者症状部分缓解,2例患者偶尔发作;所有患者经治疗均缓解,睡眠治疗有所改善,i PTH,β2-MG有不同程度下降。结论采用集束化护理在血液透析联合血液灌流治疗尿毒症患者不安腿综合症治疗后,患者症状明显改善。Purpose Observation set speed change nursing in patients with uremia hemodialysis union blood perfusion treatment effect of restless legs syndrome.Methods Establish a set speed care team,to strengthen the classroom personnel related knowledge training and education, observation of 25 patients with uremia maintaining hemodialysis restless legs syndrome treated with hemodialysis union blood perfusion. Regular hemodialysis plus times a week 2 times 2week hemodialysis union bloodperfusion,continuous treatment for 3 months,observe patients sleep quality and i PTH,β2-MG of indicators.Results： Three months after the 15 patients had symptoms completely, 8cases of patients with partial response, 2patients had accidentally you do. All of the patients after treatment can relieve symptoms,i PTH,β2-MG of indicators levels drop.Conclusion： Adopting the set speed nursing in patients with uremia hemodialysis union blood perfusion treatments restless legs syndrome, symptoms improved significantly.
