摘 要:为评价东北地区五味子[Schisandra chinensis(Turcz.)Baill.]生境状况,确定各评价因子的最优值、阈值以及高适宜生境面积和该生境中各评价因子的范围,结合资源调查报告、文献报道以及标本馆记录,获得集中于东北地区的87个分布点,依据Fuzzy建立五味子果实中总木脂素含量与18个评价因子之间的模糊隶属函数,采用最大信息熵模型确定评价因子的权重,利用GIS空间分析功能确定五味子在研究区的生境适宜性空间分布.结果显示:五味子高适宜生境占研究区面积的20.85%,主要集中于黑龙江西南部、吉林中部以及辽宁大部,年平均气温6.6-8.5℃,年降水量899-943.57 mm,生长期平均气温18.69-20.99℃,生长期降水162.88-172.01 mm,海拔457-700 m,土壤pH值6.38-6.51,有机质含量1.91%-2.24%,气候湿润,土层深厚,呈微酸性,且有机质含量较丰富,无积水的杂木林及阔叶林混交林.本研究表明基于Fuzzy及最大信息熵的模糊物元模型与GIS技术相结合可以准确对我国东北地区五味子生境适宜性作出科学评价,可量化适宜生境面积及空间分布,为五味子药材道地性研究、药材标准化种植与质量评价以及资源保护和管理提供数据和参考.This research aimed to comprehensively assess the distribution of suitable habitats of Schisandra chinensis(Turcz.) Baill. in northeast China by investigating the evaluation factors and their relationship with lignan contents. We calcu lated the area and the range of evaluation factors of different habitats through species distribution model. Based on the 87 distribution points from resource investigation report, literature and specimen records, we assessed the habitat conditions of S.chinensis, the infl uence of evaluation factors on lignan contents, the optimum value, threshold value in study area and the range of evaluation factors in highly suitable area, by the fuzzy membership function, maximum entropy model and GIS space analysis function. The results showed that 20.85% of the study area was highly suitable habitat for Schisandra chinensis(Turcz.) Baill., mainly as shaw and broad-leaved mixed forest without ponds. These areas were mainly in the southwest of Heilongjiang, central section of Jilin and large parts of Liaoning, with humid climate, deep soil, slightly acidic and richer organic matter content. The areas had an annual average temperature of 6.6–8.5 °C, annual precipitation of 899–943.57 mm, average growing-season temperature of 18.69–20.99 °C, growing-season precipitation of 162.88–172.01 mm, an altitude of 457–700 m, pH value of 6.38–6.51, and organic matter content of 1.91%–2.24%. This research revealed that GIS technology combined with the fuzzy matter element model based on fuzzy and maximum entropy could make a scientific and accurate evaluation for S. chinensis habitat suitability in northeast China, quantify the suitable habitat area and spatial distribution. The results provide reference for the planting st andardization and quality assessment of medicinal herbs in addition to the scientific basis for resources protection and management.
