摘  要:应用3D VS仿真系统软件对某钨矿1058 m平硐安设矿用空气幕进行模拟,分析不同运行方式矿用空气幕对井下采区通风效果的影响,通过比较采区需风量与矿用空气幕运行方式、风机数量等之间的关系,确定采用2台风机并联运行矿用空气幕在1058 m平硐引射风流。结果表明,矿用空气幕能合理分配采区的进风量,使得主要采区的进风量由27.5 m3/s增加到50~55.7 m^3/s,可显著改善采区的通风效果,保护工人的身体健康,提高劳动生产效率。3D VS simulation system software was used to simulate the installation of mine air curtain at 1058 m drift in a tungsten mine. And the influence of different operation modes of mine air curtain on underground ventilation was analyzed. By comparing the relationship between the air demands in mining area with the operation mode of mine air curtain and fan quantity,the operation of mine air curtain with 2 parallel fans was determined for ejecting airflow in 1058 m drift. Results showed that the mine air curtain could reasonably distribute the air flow into the mining area,which caused the air flow of the main mining area increasing from 27. 5 m3/ s to 50 ~ 55. 7 m3/ s. In other words,it significantly improved the ventilation effect in mining area,protected the health of workers,and improved labor productivity.
