摘  要:以低压加热系统质量守恒和能量守恒方程为基础,对超超临界再热机组凝结水质量流量与机组负荷的动态关系进行探讨,建立两者之间的数学模型.根据某电厂1 000MW超超临界再热机组热平衡图及结构参数,对动态模型进行仿真.结果表明:在额定工况下,改变凝结水质量流量大小,可得到对应的凝结水质量流量与机组负荷的传递函数;在不同工况下,随着机组负荷的增大,传递函数的增益系数变大,而时间常数变小.Based on conservation equations of mass and energy in the low-pressure heating system of an ul- tra supercritical unit, a relationship model of condensate flow and unit load was established by studying the dynamic relations between above two variables, to which a numerical simulation was conducted according to the heat balance diagram and structural parameters of a 1 000 MW ultra supercritical unit, so as to pro- vide theoretical basis for the control of condensate throttling and unit load in thermal power plants. Re- sults show that the transfer function of condensate flow and unit load can be regulated by changing the con- densate flow under rated conditions; the gain coefficient of transfer function increases and the time con- stant reduces with the rise of unit load under different working conditions.
